1.  Q:  Why do you charge a $500 retainer to show rentals?

     A:  Unfortunately in Charlotte, most condos offer very small commissions to agents who bring them tenants.  We often will show several units to a client in one day and never hear back from them again.  They either found something from a friend or just simply went in another direction.  Most professionals realize that time is money and have no problem paying for our professional help.
